What We Do
We work with PE firms and alongside operating partners, portfolio CEOs and management teams to turn the investment thesis and VCP into executable transformation. We combine strategic direction with hands-on delivery, redesigning workflows, capabilities, organisation, data and technology around the outcomes the business needs to achieve both through the deal process and then in the operational execution of AI-enabled transformation through the hold.
Our role is not to deliver a report and leave. We work with management and front line teams to establish ownership, build internal capability and embed new ways of working.
